Scott Lucas is Vice President of Corporate Operations and is responsible for the successful launch of new client teams, the development of ongoing training and operational excellence across the entire organization.

As an 11-year veteran of MarketStar, Lucas has held many strategic management positions for both B2B/VAR and Retail client teams driving solid results. In addition to working with some of MarketStar's top accounts, he was a key player in the development of MarketStar's proprietary CRM tool, PartnerDynamics™, and managed a core team of developers and project Managers within the IT department.

Lucas leverages his vast experience with client teams and back-end operations teams to help successfully launch and ensure customer needs are exceeded through predictable execution.
