Chris MayChris May is a seasoned channel sales veteran, with more than 15 years of industry experience in broad channel recruitment, partner enablement, partner training and consulting.

As Vice President of Business Development, May is responsible for all activity involved with indirect channels; vendors seeking engagement with solution provider, VAR, and system integrator businesses. May oversees the evolution of MarketStar’s role in developing successful programs for vendor and VAR communication and collaboration. Over the years, May has worked for some of the most recognized channel focused organizations; Everything Channel, Ziff Davis Enterprise, Channelinsider, and most recently CompTIA.

Areas of expertise include strategic communication plans for vendors, field-critical elements such as messaging, brand identity, targeting, recruiting and execution of goal driven programs and initiatives. His passion is to help vendors and channel partners forge relationship that ultimately build business.

May is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology.
