Stay Safe from Recruitment Scams

Protecting Job Seekers from Recruitment Fraud

At MarketStar, we are committed to protecting candidates from fraudulent recruitment activity.

Unfortunately, cybercriminals and scammers sometimes impersonate legitimate employers to deceive job seekers. These bad actors may create lookalike websites, use unofficial email addresses, use professional branded content, conduct fake interviews, or request personal information under the guise of a job opportunity.

If you are considering a role with MarketStar, this page will help you recognize legitimate communications, spot common warning signs, and protect your personal information.

How MarketStar Recruits

Candidates may legitimately interact with MarketStar through:

  • The official MarketStar Careers website ( Click Here > )
  • MarketStar recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals
  • Approved reputable job boards and recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn and other recognized employment sites
  • Official MarketStar.com  email addresses
MarketStar may contact candidates through various channels during the recruitment process, but all communications should be consistent with professional recruiting practices and originate from legitimate MarketStar representatives.
