Sony was seeking to launch its new Sony Reader into key markets over the holiday season. They not only needed a quality sales team, but also a dynamic, interactive kiosk to engage consumers. MarketStar rapidly produced concepts, constructed kiosks and trained sales professionals to staff 40 kiosks in major malls. Within the program’s first 60 days, the team had sold more than 20,000 units.
