MarketStar has acquired Regalix Inc., along with all its subsidiaries, including Nytro.ai Inc., effective May 1, 2023

How will the acquisition affect the availability of the services in different locations?

The acquisition gives us the advantage of establishing your brand in more global locations through our combined footprint across 100+ countries. You will have access to our 3700+ strong team of sales, customer success, digital marketing, and tech expert's adept at providing multi-geographical and multi-language support (35+ languages) and in-region solutions to clients. 

Why did MarketStar decide to acquire Regalix and Nytro.ai?

This acquisition delivers on MarketStar’s four-year strategic vision of end-to-end B2B revenue growth solutions with a global footprint. In addition, MarketStar has long held the vision that a revenue generating SaaS offering would be valued by the market.

How will the acquisition affect the company's financial performance and growth prospects?

The acquisition accelerates our ability to meet our growth targets for our clients and our company. It is an investment in key areas that are critical to our future growth, including:

Will there be any changes to the company’s leadership or staff?

Vikas Sharan, CEO of Regalix, will join the executive leadership team as the President of the Regalix-Nytro.ai companies and will report to Keith Titus.

We remain committed to delivering excellent products and services, and our leadership team will continue to provide the same vision and direction that has guided our growth and success. Changes (if any) will be staged over a 12-month integration period, and we will communicate regularly and transparently on any updates. 

What will happen to the products or services I currently have contracted with Regalix?

There will be no changes to your current products or services. We will continue to provide the same quality products or services you have come to expect from us. 

 

Will there be any changes to pricing or billing for the products or services?

We do not anticipate any changes to pricing or billing for the products or services you currently use. Our pricing and billing policies will remain the same, as per the terms of the agreement contracted with you. If we do foresee any changes to this due to the change in scope, it will be communicated to you well in advance and our teams will support you through the process. 

 

Will there be any changes to customer support or account management? If yes, then how will that affect me/my contract?

There will be no changes to our customer support or account management services. You can expect the same level of high-quality customer support and account management services you have come to expect from us. Your contract and service agreement will not be affected by the acquisition, and we will continue to honor all the terms and conditions of your contract. We value your business and are committed to scaling this partnership. 

 

Will there be any changes to the terms and conditions of my contract?

Currently, there are no plans to make any changes to the terms and conditions of your contract. However, if any changes are anticipated, we will communicate them to you in advance and our teams will support you through the process.

Will there be any disruptions to my service during the integration process?

We do not anticipate any disruption in service during the integration process and our teams will continue to support you and work towards achieving the goals that we have identified and agreed upon.

Will there be any changes to the company's supplier and vendor partnerships or affiliations?

There will be no changes to the company's partnerships or affiliations. We will continue to work with the same partners and affiliates, providing the same high-quality products and services that you have come to expect from us. 

Will my warranties and/or terms of agreement still be in effect? Will there be changes to the cancellation policies?

Your warranties and terms of agreement will still be in effect after the acquisition process is completed. Please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and we will continue to provide you with the same level of support and service you have come to expect. 

 

Are there any finance or accounting changes?

We do not anticipate any changes to finance or accounting. However, if any changes are anticipated, we will communicate them to you in advance and our teams will support you through the process. 

How will this transaction impact data security and integrity?

Regalix places the highest priority on data security and compliance. We are a SOC 2 Type 1 certified company, and as such, adhere to the strict data privacy and protection standards required for that certification in our policies, procedures, and systems. Continuing our commitment to data privacy, we have and will continue to meet all GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and other privacy requirements as required by law. We will continue to enforce these standards as part of this acquisition.

 

Are there any changes in physical security policies due to this transition?

There will be no changes in physical controls, processes, and protocols for our facilities. However, if any changes are anticipated, we will communicate them to you in advance and our teams will support you through the process. 

 

What do I do if I have a problem or concern?

All aspects of account management remain the same. You can reach out to your established SPOC directly via email/phone. Additionally, please feel free to reach out to Tabish Khan, at tkhan@regalix-inc.com.   

 

Will the brand names of the companies be changed or merged?

For the first 120 days, Regalix will continue its operations as Regalix, A MarketStar Company. Afterwards, Regalix will be fully integrated into MarketStar. We do not anticipate any disruption in services during this period, and we will work closely with your team to ensure this transition is managed efficiently. Nytro.ai will operate independently as a wholly owned subsidiary of MarketStar. 

Will customers need to take any action to continue doing business with the merged company?

All aspects of the acquisition will be done seamlessly without any disruption to servicesOur internal integration team will guide you if any action is required. 

 

What steps will be taken to ensure a smooth transition and minimize any disruptions to customers?

The MarketStar and Regalix Integration team has identified a 12-month integration period during which we anticipate no disruption to our services for clients. For any additional queries, please reach out to Tabish Khan, at tkhan@regalix-inc.com.    

 

What changes will occur due to the acquisition?

We do anticipate some changes owing to transfer of entity ownership, however, any change that may directly affect your business including changes (if any) in contracts, team members, day-to-day operations, products and services, and so on will be directly communicated to you by the account manager/SPOC. What is the timeline for the integration?

Our integration team has identified a 12-month integration period. We will continue to share updates with our clients as the integration progresses.
