	Karen King Vice President, Human Resource Development
		Karen King is the Vice President of Human Resource Development and is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all human resource functions at MarketStar. King ensures that human resource activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and within governmental regulations. Since joining MarketStar, King has successfully launched GreenLight Performance System. Greenlight is a web-based tool for communicating corporate competencies, facilitating employee training, and aligning employee performance to bottom-line business results. King also acts as a member of the senior management team, participating in establishing and implementing major goals and objectives for MarketStar. King is a 15-year veteran in Human Resource and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). King has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master’s degree in organizational management.
