E.J. Harris is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President and is responsible for the strategic financial leadership at MarketStar including the management of accounting, finance, budgeting, investments, and legal. Harris also oversees all financial matters regarding acquisitions and reporting to Omnicom, MarketStar’s parent company.

Prior to joining MarketStar, Harris was the Chief Financial Officer for the Dynatec group of companies overseeing the complete financial, tax, auditing and legal functions of corporations located in the United States, Canada , Mexico, Indonesia, Peru, Argentina and Chile, reporting to the parent company Dynatec International.

Harris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Weber State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
