Dave Treadway is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MarketStar Corporation and is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company. Treadway works closely with MarketStar’s clients and partners to develop strategic initiatives that accelerate growth through the application of industry leading best practices. Under Treadway’s direction, MarketStar has accelerated investments in “thought leadership” capabilities, including market analysis practices that drive predictable sales and marketing models. MarketStar has developed tools and processes that enable a “performance culture” that has led MarketStar to record growth.

Prior to joining MarketStar in 2003, Treadway, a 20-year veteran of Hewlett-Packard, held several executive positions driving strategy and execution for HP’s Indirect / Direct channels, as well as the Enterprise, Commercial, and Small, Medium, and Large Business customer segments. Under Treadway’s leadership, sales of HP’s products, services and solutions to SMBs exceeded $3 billion annually.

Treadway has a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. Proudly selected by Hewlett-Packard for the Accelerated Development Program (ADP), he completed the Executive Leadership programs at the University of Michigan and Stanford’s AEA Executive Institute. Treadway also completed Omnicom’s Senior Management Program (SMP).
